ADSS光纜采用松套層絞式結(jié)構(gòu),將250μm光纖套入高模量材料制成的松套管中,松套管內(nèi)填充防水化合物。松套管(和填充繩)圍繞非金屬中習(xí)加強芯(FRP)絞合成緊湊的纜芯,纜芯的縫隙充以阻水油膏。纜芯外擠制聚乙烯(PE)內(nèi)護套,然后絞合在加強作用的芳綸,后擠制聚乙煙(PE)外護套或耐電瘋(AT)外護套。適用:自承式架空。
ADSS cable is loose tube stranded.Flbers,250 u m,are positioned into a loose tube made of high modulus plastics.The tubes are filedwith a water-resistant flling compound.The tubes (and fllers)are stranded around a FRP(Flber Reinforced Plastic)as a non-metalliccantral strength member into a compact and clircular cable core.Atter the cable core ie fled with filing compound is novered with thinPE(polyethylene)inner sheath.after stranded layer of aramid yams are applied over the inner sheath as strength mebmber,the cable iscompleted with PE or AT(anti-tracking )outer sheath.Application:Aerial.

對于10KV和35KV的電力線路可采用聚乙烯(PE)外套;對于110KV和220KV的電力線路則必須通過計算電場場強分布采確定光纜掛點并采用耐
電蝕(AT)外護套。同時,精心設(shè)計芳綸的用量和完善的絞合工藝以滿足不同跨距的應(yīng)用要求。
